Blue Collar Team Realty LLC is a new realty company that is designed to be most beneficial and profitable to our clients and our agents. Our company only makes money when you, the agent makes money. Blue Collar Team Realty LLC is not for every agent. We do not have a main office, office space, or a conference room. You must have either a home office or a mobile office or both. This means you never have to do floor time, and you can work either full time or part time. We do offer lots of freedom at a very low cost to our agents. This is what we have to offer and the associated costs.
Initial Costs: Business Cards = $80 per 1,000 cards Sign Riders= $30 per rider (not a requirement) E&O Insurance= No Cost in your first year. $300 per year 2nd year and beyond (waived if you sell at least 7 houses per year). $100 per transaction towards deductible.
Commissions:
All agents start at a minimum commission split of 70% for the agent and 30% for the company. Commission splits go higher depending on the amount of sales you do each year, and or the amount of agents you bring to the company.
Monthly Fees:
There are no monthly fees. The RASCW charges each agent $20 a month for MLS dues. This is charged through Blue Collar Team Realty LLC and must be passed on to the agent.
Other Fees
There is a $25 fee if we enter listing information into the MLS for you. Or you can enter your own listing information at no cost.
Earning Higher Commission Rates:
The starting Commission split for agents at Blue Collar Team Realty LLC is 70%. You can earn an additional 2% increase for each agent that Blue Collar Team Realty LLC hires based upon your recommendation. You can earn up to an additional 10% (5 agents) or 80%. You can also earn an additional 10% by having sales in any one year of 6 million dollars. So you have a potential of a 90% commission split with the company. Once you earn the additional commission rate it cannot be taken away from you, so you earn that commission for as long as you are with the company. If you are not interested in bringing new agents to the company you can also get to a 90% commission rate by having 10 million dollars in sales in any year.
